The company provides fiduciary services, investment management, family office solutions, and support for charitable trusts and foundations, currently with over $10 billion in assets under management.
Position Overview:
The role requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment. The VP will manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and oversee trust administration, tax compliance, and charitable trust management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary relationship manager for high-net-worth clients, collaborating with their advisors.
- Administer large, complex trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with governing agreements.
- Coordinate new client onboarding and account terminations.
- Oversee trust and estate tax filings, working with outside CPAs.
- Participate in trust and investment committee decisions and manage charitable trusts.
- Identify marketing and new business opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in personal trust administration.
- Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, CFP, or CTFA preferred.
- Knowledge of fiduciary tax laws and trust accounting systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
